		<description>Did you get the letter of subordination?  What did it look like?  Did PayPal accept it?  My organization has a similar problem with PayPal in that they&#039;re requiring a letter of subordination from a &quot;parent organization&quot; that we are only loosely affiliated with.  From what I understand, a letter of subordination has something to do with not requiring repayment of owed money, which doesn&#039;t even apply to us.  I&#039;d be very interested in the outcome of your dealings with PayPal.  So far, for us, it has been extremely frustrating.</description>
